Cancellation Policy

Reschedule with 24 hours notice.

Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a session and missed appointments may be non-refundable.

If a session must be canceled because of unsafe weather, poor field conditions, a field closure or coach availability, the family may reschedule the session or receive a credit.

Families will be contacted as soon as reasonably possible if outdoor conditions require a change.

Player Safety

Safety comes first.

• A parent or legal guardian must remain at or near the training location for sessions involving players under age 13.
• Parents must provide accurate emergency-contact information and share information relevant to safe participation.
• Players should bring water, shin guards and suitable footwear.
• Participation requires a signed parent or guardian waiver.

Privacy Policy

Use parent and player details only for training.

Information submitted through booking or contact forms should be used to schedule sessions, prepare safe training, communicate with families and manage payment or appointment records.

Do not manually store card information. Payment should be processed through the connected appointment/payment platform.

Photography permission is optional and should not be required for participation.

Participant Waiver

Final waiver required before training.

A parent or legal guardian should complete the final participant waiver before a player attends training. Have an insurance professional or attorney prepare or review the final waiver before launch.

Terms and Conditions

Training is by appointment.

Sessions are offered by appointment at Alga Norte Community Park, Bressi Ranch or another approved Carlsbad location. Requests for alternate locations must be approved before the appointment is considered confirmed.
